Well, I am being - living, breathing, existing!

Mindfulness momentum is accepted and utilised for well being and intention. Activating a mindset focused on the possibility creates space for now - without fear of forthcoming as the strengthening of character persists in the pursuit.

Today tremendous pressure is building among the younger generation. Once reserved for a time of joy, play and dreaming had become tainted with the fear of missing out being a reality, and the natural transition of youth bypassed as something once enjoyed a time long past.

Cynicism reigns supreme as the balance of wellbeing has shaken, leaving a rattled generation for a secure footing.

It's a tough time to be living, yet no more or less than generations before, except for the privileges extended and the super-fast connection in instantaneous information. What once would have been kept secret is now known; the hidden things that are not necessary to have seen or heard are quickly available and in the vicinity. As technology advances, the interconnection and introduction of the unfamiliar become a problem so ordinarily accepted. Yet, still, the conversation of life after death is not happening as conflicts between good and evil prevail.

If we break down the most valuable, vital information for discerning, we can discover that character preservation can hold together in a volatile situation. The focus is on character building strength, resilience and most importantly, an attitude of integrity toward self and humanity, notwithstanding a God-consciousness that invites stability of faith and trust as the ignition of hope in the hopeless.

Without providing a safety net of stability in the bigger picture - a snapshot of the world transitioning is a cynical, pessimistic outlook.

The world is more than now; the Universe expands into infinity. Therefore, an immediate adjustment stands to reason to make the most of well-being to provide the whole truth, not half-truths for investigation and glossing over for manipulating. We do not leave behind a sealed door to understanding; instead, an open mind, a curious investment of creation, awakens the limitations and shrivels complex stagnation.

We must insist upon the present as a crucial, essentially extraordinary development time. Regardless of circumstance, the moment acknowledged, comprehended, recognised makes a meaningful connection to the character. Thus, the tools to enhance life present a more realistic interpretation of overcoming. In this way, providing room for improvement and not shrugging off the big questions about God leads to a well of unlimited supply as required.

Life can be appreciated and celebrated as each person's contribution is designed to make known a far greater detail for demonstrating grace. With heaven and hell tugging the hearts of humans, the tremors of understanding are creating awareness of so much more to be considered than presented.

There is no greater fear than the fear of being lied to without the opportunity to choose.

Living, breathing, existing becomes a prayer of gratitude as wellbeing is always founded and stabilised upon the truth.
