First responders in the body of Christ, we are sinners saved by grace.
When there is an emergency globally, there is much faith, trust, reliance, and dependence on the first responders.
Are you a first responder? Are you faithful, trustworthy, reliable, and dependable in an emergency?
Today, as the world continues to reveal humanism's horror, there is a greater possibility to release fierce love. The love of Jesus Christ covers a multitude of sins. Our substance inspires His faithfulness in us. How we shine our light in the darkness is only as bright as our intimacy with our Lord. Behavior never lies, revealing what we do and believe in secret. The body of Christ is who Jesus was when he walked on earth, reaching out to those who are lost, able to heal the sick and broken-hearted. Psalm 19:14 - "May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, Lord, my rock, and, my redeemer."
Being the strength amongst weakness, uncertainty is the peace in chaos, being the authenticity amongst the arrogant, and the storm's stability. Being the vessel leads to God's glory, one at a time, or in a group, beginning where you stand.
Being filled with the Holy Spirit of God to activate the powerhouse of His grace and mercy to extend to fellow man. Rightly dividing the word of truth; able to minister the gospel as a salve, to the most injured in mind, body, and spirit as faithful is He who transforms lives.
Jeremiah 17:8 "For he will be like a tree planted by the water that extends its roots by a stream and does not fear when the heat comes, but its leaves will be green, and it will not be anxious in a tear of drought, nor cease to yield fruit."
Choosing availability, accountability, and obedience acknowledges a new day, a new beginning, a fresh perspective, and an outstanding enthusiasm attitude. Born in adversity and distributed in time for the purpose it was provided, as beneficial.
He is alive; we are alive. He is faithful, and we have faith. He is I Am; therefore, we can. Now, as you wake up, move about, or lay down, let His perfect will establish your thoughts. Consider always choosing well and choosing wisely, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Jesus Christ. Letting go of every harmful distraction that contradicts the everyday Christian life's effervescent essence—faith alone in Christ, alone.
We are trusting daily, always as the author and finisher of our decisions to move us forward in His perfect plan, diligent in the application.
A rabble-rouser, naysayer, people-pleaser compromises the integrity of availability. Therefore, keep yourselves in the love of God so that His fierce love may overtake you, consume you, and lead. Uncompromising toward the prize of the high calling. Narrow is the road that leads to everlasting life; wide is the path of destruction.
His perfect plan may or may not be pleasing, pretty, or powerful. It may not feel comfortable, effortless, or empowering. Yet, like all the saints who persevered before, with their triumphant stories that became history for the glory of God for eternity, we can go courageously.
We can do challenging, harsh, and difficult things in our calling; no one said it would be easy. On route, we gain strength that will see us through to the end.
"Take up your cross and follow me.''
With a fierce love for Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, in everything giving thanks; precious souls who believe and yet to believe.
Thank you for every connection, interaction, meaningful conversation, challenge, provocation, and provision.
Thank you for stepping up, stepping in, stepping aside, learning to be heard, learning to be quiet. Thank you for adjusting, discovering, and staying curious. Thank you for restoration, reconciliation, and the willingness to learn and grow.
Always surrounded by individuals created to flavor your life and enhance the body of Christ. Everyone counts. Everything counts; as gratitude overflows, faith rises to the surface for expansion of happiness.
Therefore, in everything, keep giving thanks as the best is yet to be.
Be brave, be bold, believe!
